It is located just off the first main intersection on the town's east side (just look for the 85oC Coffee Shop), and along the road (Minsheng) that most people take to the ocean and large Youth Activity Center there. While the coast does get much foot and cycle traffic over weekends, most people bring their own bikes. As far as I know, the City has no bike rental outlets.
